Pietro Amato's Italian family gelateria, making 'gelato naturale' without colourings, preservatives or artificial flavourings. It uses milk from the Krkonoše mountains, Sicilian pistachio paste, Piedmont hazelnuts and seasonal fruit from small farmers. The coffee is good too.
