A chain of ice cream shops run by master gelato maker Honza Hochsteiger, who learnt his trade in Italy and creates a separate recipe for every flavour. The ice cream is made without artificial bases, colourings or preservatives, from South Bohemian cream and milk; there are vegan and stevia-sweetened options too. The peanut ice cream is a well-known favourite.
