Craft Italian gelato by Martin Strnad, who came second in the Czech round of the Gelato Festival World Masters in 2024. The ice cream is made without emulsifiers or artificial flavourings and the cones are baked fresh; there are vegan and unsweetened options too. In the Plzeňský deník poll, his shop on Americká street won as the most popular in the centre.
