An ice cream business with roots in Klatovy, run since 2016 by Jitka Štáhlichová, who studied gelato making in Italy. She makes the ice cream from farm milk without artificial additives, mixes or pastes, and roasts the nuts herself. Besides the classics, it surprises with flavours such as cucumber, camomile, rose or gorgonzola.
