A family ice cream shop below Kunětická hora near Pardubice. It combines Italian recipes with fruit from local farmers and has repeatedly won the Regional Food of the Pardubice Region title. Gelato maker Zdeněk Pavlis competed in the Gelato Festival World Masters 2024.
