The Pardubice branch of the Epifany patisserie from Zaječice, opened in the Polabiny district in the summer of 2018. It sells the same hand-made ice cream from fresh ingredients — fruit flavours from fruit purée and regional fruit — along with cakes, pastries and coffee. It is open all year, so you can get ice cream here out of season too.
