A small family gelateria on the way to the square in Bojnice, whose owners learnt their trade at a gelato university in Italy. They use no ready-made pastes or semi-finished products – they peel and juice the fruit, cook the caramel and roast the nuts themselves. They are known for dessert flavours such as apple strudel, pavlova and carrot cake; the sorbets are vegan-friendly and you can get your ice cream in a gluten-free cone.
