A renowned patisserie in the pedestrian zone, with queues outside in summer. The ice cream is made completely fresh every morning from four o'clock, so nothing from previous days is sold; each day sixteen of more than fifty recipes are in the display. The owner's family comes from North Macedonia, where they have made ice cream for generations.
