A family ice cream shop in the courtyard of a guesthouse right on the square in Valtice. The gelato maker trained at the Carpigiani Gelato University and makes ice cream to his own recipes from farm milk, cream and seasonal fruit, with no semi-finished products or artificial additives. There are around eighteen flavours a day, including vegan sorbets, and the shop also takes part in the Gelato Festival World Masters.
