A patisserie and café in Tábor's Old Town, whose gelato maker Jiří Hochman won the Czech final of the Gelato World Tour 2022. He pasteurises his own bases, puts real mascarpone into the mascarpone ice cream and real vanilla into the vanilla. The seasonal sorbets include elderflower, rhubarb and even asparagus with citrus.
