Gelato from a converted barn in the village of Pravčice near Kroměříž. Michal Říha learnt his trade in Italy and makes ice cream from whole milk, cream, fruit and nuts without artificial colourings – so the pistachio is brown and the vanilla has black seeds. At weekends there are up to seventeen flavours, including gingerbread, lavender and dandelion; recommended by both Kudy z nudy and Lukáš Hejlík.
