A family patisserie in the grounds of the Panský pivovar brewery that people travel to from all over the country. Confectioner Hana Valášková makes gelato inspired by the flavours of their éclairs and came second in the Czech final of the Gelato Festival World Masters with a praline ice cream with pear. Coffee from local roasters is served alongside.
