A family business run by the Solich family, who started selling ice cream from a stand in 1989 and opened the patisserie on Masarykova třída in August 1995. They make the scooped ice cream themselves from full-fat milk and cream, and the fruit sorbets from fruit alone with no added sugar, so they suit diabetics too; they also make slush from real fruit juice. Alongside the ice cream there are more than 170 kinds of cakes, plus a restaurant with a pizzeria, a wine shop and a bowling alley.
