The pioneer of craft ice cream in Olomouc – Lukáš Ráb opened it with his wife in 2017, and Olomoucký deník calls it the best in town. The sorbets are 75–85 % fruit, and around 200 flavours rotate over a year, about twenty a day. Try the five-flavour 'Zmrzlinárium' combination or beetroot with cinnamon.
