A small café and patisserie under the arcades of a burgher's house on the square in Nový Jičín. The ice cream is made on the premises with a pasteuriser and blast freezer, the sorbets from fresh seasonal fruit, with Belgian chocolate and Italian pistachio paste; they deliberately don't sell soft-serve. Portions are served with a spatula, Italian-style; their dairy-free pistachio sorbet won the regional governor's award in the Regional Food competition (Novojičínský deník, 2026).
