The ice cream business of the Stárek couple, who sold their flat in 2014 to get started. On an old Cattabriga machine they make ice cream from cream from a nearby farm, fresh egg yolks and white sugar; the salted caramel and sorbets have earned the Regional Food label. The cremino ice creams with Italian creams are a favourite.
