A renowned village ice cream shop near Kladno, with people queueing from all over Bohemia. The owner switched from making furniture to ice cream and now makes up to a hundred flavours from fresh local ingredients with a strict no-chemicals rule – from gooseberry or chestnut to coconut sorbet with rum. It is open in winter too, though only a few days a week.
