A patisserie in the historic centre, where Ejup Saliji makes ice cream by hand every day to Italian and Adriatic recipes – the family has been making ice cream since 1955. The fruit flavours are dairy- and gluten-free, and the speciality is the 'Baroko' flavour, made from raspberries, white chocolate, yogurt and pistachios.
