A family patisserie run by trained confectioners Tomáš and Mariana Olajos, who have been making their own ice cream since 2003. The cream flavours are based on milk, cream, sugar and egg yolks, and the fruit sorbets on fruit that is peeled and sieved on site, with no added colourings. French desserts and classic cakes go with the ice cream.
