The patisserie of the Kollinger bakery, which makes ice cream from whole milk, cream and sugar to traditional recipes – the team learnt the trade in Bologna. At the Prague Ice Cream Festival it won the audience award in 2018 and second place in 2022; the tvaroh (quark) ice cream with apricots gets particular praise.
