A gelateria by the Prague Gate in Beroun, opened by two former managers. They make ice cream to their own recipes with Italian ingredients; the hits are salted caramel, pistachio and strawberry made from fresh strawberries, and they also experiment with beer or Parmesan. Jan Mareš competed in the national round of the Gelato Festival World Masters.
