A patisserie and ice cream shop in a small village near Chrudim run by Jana Novotná, formerly head chef of a Prague restaurant. She makes the ice cream by hand from fresh ingredients with no ready-made bases — the fruit flavours from French fruit purée and fruit from the region, the vanilla starting with yolks whisked over steam. There are dozens of flavours, from salted caramel to fruit with herbs, plus house-made cakes and pastries. People drive here from the far side of the country.
