Václav Kotal's stand by the former bus station, opened in spring 2026 as his second after Hradec Králové. Kotal trained with an organic gelato maker in Germany and at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, develops his own recipes and sources ingredients without ready-made mixes. In its very first summer it won the Rychnovský deník poll.
