An ice cream shop on the main square in Dobruška, opened in 2019 by Pavla Dynterová and René Zelinger, who also run the U kocoura and U Zelingerů restaurants. They make the ice cream by hand on Italian equipment, with no chemicals or artificial colours; most flavours are gluten-free and more than fifty rotate through a season. The patisserie side builds on ingredients from Italy, France and Belgium, and the team takes courses every year to learn new flavours.
