A bistro and café below the Long Ride (Dlouhá jízda) beneath Děčín Castle, one of the best-known ice cream shops in the region, with queues in summer. Pavel Štěrba has been making ice cream here from natural ingredients for more than 16 years; he sources whole milk and sugar from the Czech Republic and often gets fruit from local growers. Alongside the classics he tries flavours such as lavender or Aperol.
