Craft ice cream made from real fruit and milk in Březno near Chomutov, a favourite stop for cyclists below the Ore Mountains. Aleš Roušar also makes his own ginger lemonade and sells products from local farmers, winemakers and beekeepers. The ice cream carries the regional product label.
